The Health and Wellbeing Roadshow
In support of the Health and Wellbeing Programme and in partnership with the County Down Rural Community Network and Newry, Mourne and Down District Council, Loughinisland GAC held its first Health and Wellbeing Roadshow in May 2019. With a range of external support bodies across a broad range of services the exhibition was extremely well attended by the whole community, the roadshow offered free health checks along with some wonderful stands from

NIFRS Road Safety Event
In January 2018 Loughinisland GAC held a Road safety awareness event in partnership with the Fire Service and PSNI to educate and advise the local community on how to keep themselves and others safe on our roads.
The workshop provided an interactive medium to address key issues from mobile phone distractions, elements which distort driving capabilities right through to general safety guidelines.
